One of the first people we met offered his tractor for some of the work that had to be done. Wow, what a blessing. We used it many days that first year. Thanks Dwayne!

Dave were you able to use any of the trees removed for your build ?

Hey…just saw your comment…no…no trees off our property….only 6 acres are usable…and Warehouser Forest cut them down years ago…so I bought both sets of logs from someone else’s property…an hour away…’bout $7k each set…three log truck loads each time…10-18″ logs. I helped cut and of course peel. 100 hours to peel each set of maybe 100 trees. We are just about finished with the build…a garage and a cabin. The virus has hurt us a little…but we should be finished by end of this summer. Ciao. Dave.
