Building The Balcony.

Cory has installed the 2×6 on the balcony. He is now trimming the boards up on the edges.
A wider shot of Cory trimming boards. I designed the balcony into the plans when I wanted a shed dormer to let light into the great room I started with a roof under the windows of the shed dormer. When I didn’t like any of the roof designs I came up with the balcony.
Waterproofing is very important!
